Remote repairs may require additional monitoring equipment. Remote monitoring may not be possible for all devices. System repairs are subject to manufacturer warranties and may vary depending on your building’s access rules. See the agreement for details. New programming and system upgrades are billed at current rates. Travel charges may apply for site visits greater than 30 miles from our headquarters. Non-plan members are billed at $180/hr + trip charge for on-site service. Remote services are EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE with a performance plan above

• Verify functionality of all systems
• Flexible scheduling for house preparation after extended vacancies, guest arrivals, or scheduled events/parties
• Testing of all installed systems
• Requires 1-week notice for scheduling
Annually:
• Test functionality of all AHSAV-installed equipment: Lutron Lighting Panels and Keypads, Shades, TVs, iPads, Apps, Apple TVs, Control4, Network, Security System, Audio/Video zones
• Inspect and clean Lighting Control Panels
• Clean, dust, and wipe down all installed equipment
• Inspect and adjust camera angles, and calibrate cameras for optimal performance
