Bi-Annually
- Verification of functionality of all systems
- Flexible scheduling to prepare the house after an extended vacancy, Guest arrival, or a Scheduled Event or Party
- Includes testing of all installed systems
- Requires 1 week notice for scheduling.
Annually
- Test of all AHS-installed equipment for functionality:
- Hard scheduled each year; Flexible day
- Lutron Lighting Panels, Keypads, Shades, TVs, iPads, Apps, Apple TVs, Control4, Network, Security, System, Audio, and Video zones.
- Inspect Lighting Control Panels.
- Clean, Dust, and Wipe down all equipment installed.
- Inspect cameras for functionality, adjust camera angles, and calibrate the system.
** Pricing is valid for residential projects under 150,000. For larger or commercial projects customized pricing is required based on the number of devices and processors.
